As I recap my Easter weekend, let's move on to Saturday. It poured all day, which meant that I missed out on a couple Easter egg hunts we were going to attend. Boo! But at least I still got to go with Mom, Dad, Bobbi and Dido to the Ukrainian church for the annual blessing of the Easter baskets.
In my basket were the eggs I colored Friday with Mom, along with babka and other yummy Ukrainian food. During the blessing there was a lot of talking in Ukrainian (I of course could follow along, but Dad was a little lost), then the priest came along to bless my basket and say hello.
