Two other birthday-related bits to pass along. First, here's a photo of me helping Dad celebrate his birthday. But as you can see, I was too preoccupied by the lit candle to sing "Happy Birthday."
I also wanted to wish Happy Birthday to someone else: Taryn To-Lan Casey, who was born to Mom's friend To-Dao last Tuesday. Mom visited her in the hospital on Friday and said she's a real cutie. So happy birthday to my newest friend!
